1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY (USA)
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.Â

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives within this timeframe, occasional carrier delays or high-demand seasons may slightly impact delivery schedules.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
Luma is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost, please contact our support team immediately at support.lus@gmail.com with your order number and any photographic evidence of the damage so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
