REFUND POLICY

At Luma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support.lus@gmail.com with:
* Your order number.
* Clear photos or a short video showing the issue or damage.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund without requiring you to go through the hassle of international shipping returns.

3. CHANGE OF MIND / STANDARD RETURNS
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact support.lus@gmail.com before shipping anything back to request instructions. 

4. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
